Shipping and delivery
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- The usual delivery time is 1 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal, 5 to 7 days for the Islands and 3 to 5 days for Spain, 5 to 10 days for Europe, after the order has been processed.
Vanessa Kloset reserves the right to contact the customer by telephone for additional information.
If the customer gives the wrong, inaccurate or incomplete address, Vanessa Kloset cannot be held responsible for reshipping the order and the respective shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. The order will begin to be processed as soon as payment is approved and the delivery address is verified.
When the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with this information.
SHIPPING COSTS
All prices listed on this website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due, as shown below:
- Continental Portugal:
Carrier (Up to 3 Kilos) = 5€
- Islands (Azores and Madeira)
Registered Mail: Up to 2 Kilos = 7,80€
- Spain:
Carrier (Up to 3 Kilos) = 8€
- Europe:
Registered Mail: Up to 1 Kilo = €13.85
Up to 2 Kilos = 20,85€
