Refund Policy

Exchanges and Returns

Customers have the right to return/exchange items within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the order.
In case of exchange/return, it is subject to existing stock and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will be made using a code/voucher that can be used within a maximum period of 30 days, with no refunds for shipping costs.

The exchange or return must be communicated by email: geral.vanessakloset@gmail.com or via private message on our social networks, the item must be returned in the same conditions as you received it.

Please note that we do not exchange/return items on sale.
